According to the law of purchase, there is a right of complaint for 24 months on all goods. The right of complaint means that you as a customer can complain about faults and deficiencies of product ready for delivery within 24 months of purchase. It is dogs and prerequisite for placement, on these deficiencies there is nothing that follows your incorrect use of product or other injurious behavior that has caused the defect. If there is a behavior with a defect, the customer is entitled to demand delivery. That is, a man may claim a new item sent as a replacement for the one being advertised. This assumes that the complaint is justified and that the delivery does not entail unreasonable costs for B-N1C3. You must advertise within a reasonable time after finding the defect. If you complain within 2 months, the complaint is always considered timely. We will refund reasonable shipping costs that you have associated with returning the item when a claim is justified. The product may not have been in use.
